1. Acceptance & Scope
CripeHub Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) operates Trust Duck (“Platform,” “Services”). Trust Duck does not host or publish user-submitted reviews; scores are calculated from external review platforms, LinkedIn, web presence, and other public signals. Accessing, browsing, claiming or creating a profile, using support messaging, or any interaction constitutes your automatic acceptance of these Terms. Use on behalf of a business binds that entity and its authorized representatives.
2. Eligibility

- Not barred by U.S. law or listed on sanctions registries
- Businesses must be legitimate, non-sanctioned entities

- No manipulation of the external review platforms, LinkedIn presence, or other signals used in scoring
b. Support Messaging

c. Moderation Rights
We may adjust scores downward for detected violations, flag profiles with warnings, apply immediate terrorism-related flagging and bans, keep flagged content visible for transparency, and remove content violating the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Section 230 Immunity & Editorial Control
As a U.S. interactive computer service provider (47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1)), we are immune from liability as publisher or speaker of third-party content. Score adjustments, flagging, filtering, and counter-terrorism measures constitute protected editorial decisions (Hassell v. Bird, 5 Cal.5th 522 (2018)). Users waive all claims related to moderation decisions.
5. User Content License
Any content you submit (profile information, support messages, claim materials) is licensed to Company on a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable basis to host, display, modify, and promote. You represent the authenticity of content and your rights to submit it.
6. FTC Compliance
Where scoring incorporates external reviews, we account for the FTC Rule on Fake Reviews (16 C.F.R. Part 465) in how manipulated or incentivized reviews affect a Trust Duck Score. Confirmed manipulation triggers score penalties and bans.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Manipulating external reviews or other signals used in Trust Duck Score calculations
- Scams, harassment, defamation
- Sanctions and terrorism violations
- Sanctions evasion or IP infringement
- Automated spam or scraping
Violators indemnify Company against all third-party claims.
